Since restrictions were lifted on in person showings and home closings on June 9, the real estate market has really taken off in the New York suburbs. Much of the the increase in activity is due to the mass exodus from the city and all of its challenges during the Pandemic. Speaking for Nyack and the other Rivertowns we are consistently seeing multiple offers when the properties are priced correctly. New York City clients know this and are coming up with pre approvals in hand ready to make decisions .I think 2021 is going to be another busy year here in Rockland County. Home has become another word for safety and security and the demand for single homes reflects that. The ultra low interest rates are also contributing to uptick in buying.
I feel so fortunate for many reasons in this time of the pandemic, but I am especially grateful to be able to help my clients find homes where they can relax and enjoy themselves here in the Nyack and the Rivertowns.
