Keep in mind when we compare current numbers the comparison is to 2018-2019 not a comparison to the height of the Pandemic market. What I am noticing is in many instances we are still seeing multiple offers, but it may be 2 or 3 offers as opposed to 10. So, this past month has still often seen a highest and best situation with many home sales. It’s like going on a diet. The first 6 months you lose 50 pound, and then the following 6 months you lose 20 pounds. It’s still great, its just not as great as that first 6 months. We are still experiencing a strong market. You just have to know what yardstick to use.
