I give my clients the same type of fiduciary protections of loyalty, confidentiality and obedience that they get from their attorneys, working to make sure they get the very best deal possible. The industry is always changing, but my steadfast commitment to my clients will never change.
So is the market changing as well? Not really. We are still in a hot seller’s market, with many well-priced homes selling quickly with competitive bids and multiple offers.
