I have to say that this past month we have seen some record prices which have people buzzing. We are starting to see inventory increase, but the factor still remains that people who refinanced at historically low rates aren’t so anxious to give up their great terms and explore other options – therein lies the conundrum. These days you need an extraordinary reason to sell. To paraphrase the NY Times, as a seller you need one of the five D’s.
